SHAG.LT is providing access to a selection of dance courses, classes and workshops (hereinafter referred to as “the Service“) which challenge people to learn to dance. By using this website, participating in our events, purchasing merchandise items in The Shag Shop or otherwise accessing the Service you agree to be bound by the terms of service (the “Terms”) described below. If you do not agree to these Terms, don’t use our Service.

SHAG.LT reserves the right to change at any time in its sole discretion the Terms under which the Service is offered. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms on a regular basis.

General Conditions

All participants participate in lessons and events at their own risk, realizing that they may face higher than normal physical activity, and taking responsibility for their own health.

SHAG.LT teachers and organizers are not responsible for participants health, physical injuries or valuables. Be careful at all times and protect others.

Participants provide correct personal information when registering and only enter classes after receiving a confirmation email. By registering, participants agree that the information provided by them may be used to implement the ordered Services, and their e-mail may be used to transmit information related to the ordered Services.

Participants agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by SHAG.LT.

Participants are determined to respect other participants, teachers and organizers, avoid conflicts and create a safe friendly space for everyone. Participants who do not agree with our Code of Conduct may be warned and asked to leave the event free of charge and will no longer be admitted to future events.

SHAG.LT events might be documented. By taking part in the events participants grant us full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images and video for marketing, publicity or other purposes. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and advertisements. If you do not wish to be photographed please inform us.

If organisers cancel the event – participants will get a full refund. If participant cancels their confirmed spot for the event – they will get 50% refund. If participant cancels their confirmed spot less than a month before the event – no refunds are granted. There are no refunds for online classes (recordings are available).

Use of SHAG.LT Service is restricted to those individuals over 18 years of age, emancipated minors, or those who possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into these terms, conditions, affirmations, representations and warranties herein.

We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.

The Shag Shop

When placing a purchase order, the customer must provide the necessary data for the order fulfillment, including first name, last name, email, shipping address and any other information as requested.

We accept credit and debit cards payments. All transactions are securely powered by Stripe.

Merchandise delivery is available only in Lithuania (shipping costs apply) or for local pickup (free) at any of our events in Vilnius.

Only items ordered directly from this website and only in case of the defect can be returned or exchanged. Request regarding return or exchange of the items must be sent to us: [email protected]

Intellectual Property Rights

SHAG.LT is the owner of the compilation of data, images, documentation, text, audio-visual materials and other intellectual property (the “Materials”) hosted on this site. However, SHAG.LT does not necessarily own each component of the content included in the Materials. While some content may be owned by SHAG.LT or the original SHAG.LT authors, other content may be owned by third-party rights owners (i.e., individuals or organizations not affiliated with SHAG.LT). In some instances, SHAG.LT has secured permission from third-party rights owners to use content. In other instances, content may be in the public domain or SHAG.LT has relied on fair use.
