VILNIUS SHAG WORKSHOP

Where: Vilnius, Lithuania
What: 8+ hours of dance classes + 2 hours of practice, personal feedback, social dancing and a group choreography
Who: For dancers with confident Collegiate Shag experience and ambition to improve
Limited: to ~20 people
Cost: 100 EUR per person
What’s the plan?
☞ (!) A proof of COVID-19 full vaccination/recovery authorised by EU is needed to attend this workshop
1) You check the COVID-19 travel possibilities to Lithuania HERE and book your flights to Vilnius
2) You book your accommodation anywhere around Vilnius centre and our What a Jazz dance studio (☞ Google maps)
3) You come to Vilnius on Friday and we kick off with a hardcore get-your-shag-on training and hangout time
4) You take care of your own food, we take care of your snacks, coffee and maybe some other beverages (cheers)
5) We take you to some specialty local and our favourite places around Vilnius (not only our studio in a former (!) prison)
6) You catch your flight home on Sunday evening or Monday morning to get back to “real life”, or you stay a little bit longer…
WORKSHOP SCHEDULE
Friday
19:30-20:15 – Introduction/Hello
20:15-21:30 – Dance Class
21:30-23:30 – Social Dance/Hangout
We might order some pizzas and drinks, specially for those coming late or straight to the class or anyone who will be willing to chip in for common goods.
Saturday
11:00-13:00 – Dance Class
13:00-14:30 – Lunch Break
14:30-16:00 – Dance Class
16:00-16:15 – Snack Break
16:15-17:15 – Practice/Training Session
We might take you all out for some local or just group dinner and drinks sometime after the last session.
Sunday

We will be filming group choreo sometime in between.
